Founded in 2007, Jiangsu Huadong Wind Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Huadong Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province. The company focuses on wind energy casting producing and machining. It covers an area of 500 mu. The annual output of castings is about 80,000T, with the wind energy parts reaches to 2,500 sets.

There are resin sand casting and intermediate frequency induction furnace. The castings like EN-GJS-350-22U-LT, EN-GJS-400-18U-LT, QT-500-7 are produced with pouring casting and then being kept for 96 hours to make it good quality. The raw iron is from Benxi, Xingtai with good quality, as well as the imported inoculation, and the agent to ensure the casting best quality.

One casting workshop covers an area of 5,000 m², which can make annual output of QT and HT reach to 20,000T. There are one set electric furnace (3T), one set electric furnace (7T), one set electric furnace (15T), pits with size of 21m×4m×5m, 11m×4m×7m for pouring, and sand mixing machines.

The second casting workshop covers an area of 16,500 m², with the annual output of 60,000 ton. There are 2 sets of intermediate frequency electric furnace of 10T and 20T, sand mixing machines of 60T, 40T, and 25T. We are able to produce the castings of the piece weight within 70T with well equipped machines as well as shot blasting and painting equipment.
